The hotel complex consists of a total of 22 rooms, including 30 suites and 18 bungalows. A foyer awaits guests with a reception desk, a small supermarket, shops, lounges, a hairdressers and a lift. A number of the service personnel are multi-lingual. Additional facilities include several bars, a cocktail bar, a TV room, a tavern with Cypriot specialities and home-made fish dishes, an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and snug terrace, function rooms for conferences, a beauty salon and a public Internet terminal (additional fees apply). Guests may take advantage of the laundry and room services, and younger guests, from the age of 4 to 2, are able to participate in the kids' club activities and let off steam in the various playgrounds. Cars may be parked in the hotel car park or garage. |

Lying amidst 100,000 m² of parklands, this hotel and bungalow complex lies directly beside wide Nissi beach, which is one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Cyprus. The nearby Nissi Island, offers protection for various types of birds. Aiya Napa, the attractive neighbouring town, offers plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés and further entertainment venues around 3 km west of the hotel complex. |

The inviting rooms in the main building consist of an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a minibar/ fridge and hire safe. In addition, the rooms all enjoy a view of the sea. There are double rooms available with connecting doors, on request. The garden bungalows/ beach bungalows for up to 3 persons feature the same furnishings, and additionally include a balcony or a terrace facing the garden or the sea. The beach bungalows for up to 4 persons enjoy a lounge/ bedroom with a sofa bed and a cosy seating area, a room for a fold-up bed as well as a separated sleeping area. |

In the grounds guests will find a swimming pool with separate children's pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols (at an extra cost on the beach), as well as a pool bar. In addition, there is a sauna, a steam room, a solarium, a massage service and spa treatments as well as a gym. Sports activities include tennis (4 tennis courts, floodlights for an added fee), basketball, beach volleyball and minigolf. Furthermore, there is a broad range of water sports offered, such as diving (PADI dive school), windsurfing, canoeing and catamaran sailing (some of which incur an additional fee). The regular evening entertainment includes Cypriot folklore, barbecues, and live music, all ensuring a diverse holiday. |
