Snacks buffet is available from 10:30-12:00 & 15:00-17:00 at the Rubies coffee shop. Midnight snacks such as cold sandwiches are on offer from 22:00-24:00 at the Ermines bar. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like spirits, soft drinks, hot beverages and cocktails from the AI cocktail list are served till 24:00 at the bars - according to each outlets opening hours. |

At dinnertime gentlemen are requested to wear full length trousers and sleeved shirts. Alcoholic drinks are only served to guests above 18yrs old. Customers may only order two drinks per person per order for their personal consumption. Should anyone wishes to offer someone else a drink, this should be paid for. An identification AI bracelet is issued once and must be worn at all times (bracelets are allergy tested and free of P.V.C). The bracelet should be shown at time of ordering as to avoid any unnecessary charges. |
